Replace Crankshaft Pulse Generator Opel Astra H

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Disconnect battery • Detach ground connection from ground terminal – Slacken nut
3. 3. Raise vehicle by its full height
4. 4. Detach the lower engine cover and right engine splash guard
5. 5. Remove crankshaft pulse generator (1) • Disconnect wiring harness connector (3) • Unscrew bolt (2) with EN-47631

Install

6. 6. Install crankshaft pulse generator • Coat seal ring with special grease (white) • Tighten bolt with EN-47631 9 Nm • Fix wiring harness plug
7. 7. Install lower engine cover and right engine splash guard
8. 8. Lower vehicle by its full height
9. 9. Connect battery • Attach ground connection to ground terminal – Tighten nut
10. 10. Program volatile memories
11. 11. Close bonnet
