Replace Turbocharger Oil Return Line Opel Astra H

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Disconnect battery • Detach ground connection from ground terminal – Slacken nut
3. 3. Raise vehicle by its full height
4. 4. Detach the lower engine cover and right engine splash guard
5. 5. Place collecting basin underneath.
6. 6. Detach turbocharger oil return line • Unscrew 4x bolts (arrows)

Install

7. 7. Install turbocharger oil return line • Replace 2x seals • Attach to turbocharger – Tighten 2x bolt 9 Nm • Attach to cylinder block – Tighten 2x bolt 25 Nm
8. 8. Install lower engine cover and right engine splash guard
9. 9. Lower vehicle by its full height
10. 10. Connect battery • Attach ground connection to ground terminal – Tighten nut
11. 11. Program volatile memories
12. 12. Close bonnet
