Replace Metal Pipe Exhaust Gas Recirculation Opel Astra H

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Remove engine cover • Unscrew 2x bolts • Unscrew oil filler cap • Remove engine cover • Screw on oil filler cap
3. 3. Detach exhaust gas recirculation metal tube (2) • Unscrew 4x bolts (1) • Remove 2x gaskets

Note. Pay attention to installation position

Install

4. 4. Clean sealing surfaces.
5. 5. Attach exhaust gas recirculation metal tube • Replace 2x seals • 4x bolt 25 Nm

Note. Pay attention to installation position

6. 6. Attach engine cover • Unscrew oil filler cap • Position engine cover • Screw on oil filler cap • 2x bolt 9 Nm
7. 7. Close bonnet
