Transmission Mount Assembly (LH Side) Replace

Tools Required

DW110-060 Engine Assembly Support Fixture

Remove

  1. Remove the battery and battery tray. Refer to Battery and Battery Tray Replace .

Important: Only lift the engine far enough to take the weight off the transmission mount assembly, or damage to the mount and lifting equipment failure may occur.

  1. Support the engine assembly using the engine assembly support fixture DW110-060.
  1. Remove the transmission mount bracket retaining bolts from the transmission.
  1. Remove the transmission mount assembly retaining bolts from the left front longitudinal.
  2. Remove the transmission mount assembly.

Install

  1. Install the transmission mount assembly.

Tighten

Tighten the transmission mount assembly retaining bolts (2) to 37 N•m (27 lb-ft).

Tighten the transmission mount bracket retaining bolts (1) to 50 N•m (37 lb-ft).

  1. Remove the engine assembly support fixture DW110-060.
  2. Install the battery and battery tray. Refer to Battery and Battery Tray Replace .
