Engine Dress Cover Replace

Remove

1. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the flexible air intake duct from the mass air flow (MAF) sensor assembly.

2. Loosen the clamp and disconnect the air intake duct from the throttle body assembly.
3. Unclip the clip and disconnect the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose from the air intake duct.
4. Remove the air intake duct assembly.

5. Remove the engine dress cover attaching bolts and nuts.
6. Remove the engine dress cover.

Install

1. Install the engine dress cover.

Tighten

Tighten the engine dress cover attaching bolts and nuts to 8 N•m (71 lb-in).

2. Install the air intake duct assembly.
3. Tighten the loosened clamps.
