Installing the wiring duct

Install the auxiliary heater/parking heater to the bracket in the sub-frame and the fuel line to the brackets (if vehicle has that equipment).

Scheme 1526

Lower the vehicle.

Remove the lifting beams and lifting hooks from the engine.

Fit the water hose quick attachment to the heater.

Scheme 1528

Install

1. the 4 x M10 screws for the transmission and engine. Tighten
2. the 2 pcs. M10 screws, for the transmission/starter motor. Tighten.

Install

1. the gear selector cable
2. the cable bracket to the transmission
3. the connection for the Transmission control module (TCM)
4. the ground lead
5. clamp for the coolant hoses (applies to vehicles with fuel heater)

Scheme 1530

Install

1. the hose between the inlet pipe and charge-air cooler to the inlet pipe
2. the nut that holds the inlet pipe.
