Removing the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) cooler assembly

Remove

1. the hose to the intake manifold
2. the two coolant hoses
3. the connector for the radiator valve
4. the clamp for the flexible hose and exhaust manifold
5. the three screws retaining the cooler.

Note. Keep the steel seal between the flexible hose and the exhaust manifold when the exhaust gas recirculation (EGR) cooler is removed.

Remove

1. the ground lead mounting on the sub-frame
2. the hose to the charge air pipe under the engine
3. the engine coolant hose from the pipe at the rear of the engine
4. the vacuum hose from the mountings and the clamp on the gearbox
5. the screw for the servo pipe clamp on the sub-frame.

Remove

1. the hose to the intake manifold

Remove
