· Coolant temperature higher than 85 °C/185 °F
· Following trouble codes not stored: 21, 22, 33, 34
· Loop closed
· Throttle valve aperture greater than 6.3 %
· Integrator less than 55 steps
· The fault is recognized by the control unit if the oxygen sensor voltage is higher than 757 mV for longer than 21 s.
If trouble code 45 was recognized, the control unit takes 450 mV as replacement voltage
(oxygen sensor control switched off).
Note:
If the oxygen sensor is wrapped in aluminium foil, remove the foil. Then delete trouble code. If trouble code 45 is set again, start trouble-shooting.
