Note. Engine identification is visible first after preparations
Scheme 1
- Remove front engine cover (arrows).
Scheme 2
If the sticker is not present and the "engine identification" is required, proceed as follows
Scheme 3
- Remove rear engine cover (arrows).
Engine codes are stamped on rear of cylinder block, left side (arrow).
Engine codes are also included on the vehicle data plate.
Scheme 4
If the sticker is not present and the "engine identification" and "production number" is required, proceed as follows
Scheme 5
- Remove bolts (arrows) and remove vacuum diaphragm for intake manifold adjustment.
- Remove compression spring which is behind it and set off to the side the vacuum diaphragm with connected lines.
The engine code -arrow- ("engine code" and "production number") are located at the front of cylinder head, on top.
