How to Replace the Sensor, Accelerator Pedal Position, Right Drive Opel Vivaro A

Important: Ensure vehicle ignition is switched off.

Remove

1. 1. Disconnect harness connector (1)
2. 2. Release link rod (3) from sensor (2)
3. 3. Remove sensor (2) from bracket • Remove 3x nut

Install

4. 4. Install new sensor (2) to bracket • Install on 2x locator • Install 3x nut
5. 5. Secure link rod (3) to sensor (2)
6. 6. Connect harness connector (1)

7. 7. For vehicles with F4R 820 engine, program pedal position sensor using Tech 2.
