How to Replace the Oxygen Sensor, Secondary Opel Vivaro A

Fuel Injection Systems 4 illustrations

Remove

  1. 1. Raise vehicle
  2. 2. Disconnect oxygen sensor connector (1) from harness (2) • Release integral clip
  1. 3. Remove oxygen sensor (1) from catalytic converter, using Socket KM-6236

Install

  1. 4. Install new oxygen sensor (1) to catalytic converter, using Socket KM-6236 • Apply special grease to threads – see “Sealants, Lubricants and Locking Compounds”
  1. 5. Connect oxygen sensor connector (1) to harness (2) • Secure integral clip
  1. 6. Lower vehicle
