How to Replace the Air Cleaner Element Opel Vivaro A

Remove

1. 1. Remove engine cover insulation • Remove 3x bolt cover (1) • Remove 3x bolt

2. 2. Remove air cleaner element • Remove housing cover (1) with air cleaner element from engine – Remove 3x screw (2) • Remove air cleaner element from housing cover

Install

Important. Ensure the air cleaner housing is clean and free from contamination before installing the air cleaner element. Do not use compressed air to clean the air cleaner housing.

3. 3. Install new air cleaner element • Install air cleaner element to housing cover • Install housing cover (1) with air cleaner element to engine – Secure 3x screw (2)

4. 4. Install engine cover insulation • Secure 3x bolt • Install 3x bolt cover (1)
