Replace Throttle Valve Module Opel Astra H

Remove

1. 1. Remove engine cover
2. 2. Remove air intake pipe (2) • Undo 2x clamps (1)

3. 3. Detach throttle valve module • Detach wiring harness bracket (1) – Unscrew 2x nuts (2) • Release and disconnect wiring harness plug (5) • Unscrew 2x stud bolt (3) • Unscrew 2x bolts (4) • Remove throttle valve stud – Remove gasket

Install

4. 4. Attach throttle valve module • Replace gasket • Tighten 2x bolt 9 Nm • Tighten 2 stud bolts 9 Nm • Connect and lock wiring harness plug • Install wiring harness bracket – Tighten 2x nuts
5. 5. Install air intake pipe. • Tighten 2x clamp 3.5 Nm
6. 6. Attach engine cover
