How to Replace the Twinport Sensor Opel Astra H

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Detach 2x engine vent hose • Undo 2 clamps

3. 3. Remove cover of injectors (1) • Unclip wiring harness bracket • Unclip coolant hose from bracket • Unscrew 2x bolts
4. 4. Remove Twinport sensor (2) • Disconnect wiring harness plug, injector of cylinder 3 • Disconnect wiring harness plug, Twinport sensor (3) • Unscrew bolt

Install

5. 5. Install Twinport sensor • Tighten bolt • Connect wiring harness plug, injector of cylinder 3 • Connect wiring harness plug, Twinport sensor

Note. Note locating pins

6. 6. Install cover - injectors • Tighten 2x bolts • Clip in wiring harness cover • Clip coolant hose into bracket
7. 7. Attach 2x engine vent hose to cylinder head bolt • Attach 2x clamps
8. 8. Close bonnet
