Replace Switchover Valve Solenoid Valve Opel Astra H

Fuel Injection Systems 1 illustration

Remove

1. Open bonnet
2. Disconnect battery • Slacken nut
3. Raise vehicle by its full height
4. Remove solenoid valve, change-over valve (2) • Detach 2x vacuum hoses (3) • Disconnect wiring harness plug (1) • Unclip from intake manifold

Note. Unlatch lock

Replace Switchover Valve Solenoid Valve

Install

5. Install solenoid valve, change-over valve • Clip on to intake manifold • Attach 2x vacuum hoses • Fix wiring harness plug
6. Lower vehicle by its full height
7. Connect battery • Tighten nut
8. Program volatile memories
9. Close bonnet
