Replace Timing Chain Tension Rail Opel Astra H

Remove

1. 1. Remove timing case
2. 2. Remove timing chain tensioner • Apply tension to timing chain tensioner – Lock in pre-tensioned position with KM-955 (1) • Unscrew 2x bolts (2)

3. 3. Remove timing chain tension rail • Unscrew bolt (1)

Install

4. 4. Install timing chain tension rail • Tighten bolt 9 Nm
5. 5. Install timing chain tensioner • Tighten 2x bolt 9 Nm • Apply tension to timing chain tensioner – Remove KM-955
6. 6. Install timing case
