Replace the Oil Spray Nozzle Opel Astra H

DOHC Diesel Engine 1 illustration

Remove

1. Remove crankshaft
2. Pull out the oil spray nozzle (1) using suitable tool

Replace the Oil Spray Nozzle

Install

3. Insert the oil spray nozzle in the cylinder block using KM-655

Note. Do not twist the oil spray nozzle during installation. Check for proper seating

4. Install crankshaft
