The Following Changes and New Features Have Been Introduced for the Zafira Cng in MY 2004:

Osv Type Plate
Zafira CNG vehicles have an additional type plate from manufacturer OSV. It contains a 6-digit serial number from OSV, EC test numbers and weight information.

Owner's Manual Label
Like on the Astra-G CNG, an adhesive label is attached to the first page of the Owner's Manual. It contains vehicle-specific data for the natural gas system components. When replacing any of the components listed, the data of the replaced part must be entered on the pages of the Owner's Manual intended for this purpose.
Low-Pressure Pipe
A new low-pressure pipe from the pressure reducer to the fuel rail, as used for the Astra CNG from the start of production, will also be used for the Zafira CNG. The modified low-pressure pipe now has stainless steel fittings. This is also a consequence of the legislation on heavy metals. The low-pressure pipe is recognised by its silver-coloured fittings and a label containing the EC test number.
Pressurised Gas Container
The current production run installs pressurised gas containers from one of two manufacturers. The containers from the two manufacturers have different colours. When replacing the pressurised gas containers, ensure that all of them are replaced at the same time. A vehicle must only be fitted with pressurised gas containers from one of the manufacturers.

Pressure Reducer
In MY 2004, the improved pressure reducer used on the Astra-G CNG will also be fitted to the Zafira CNG.
