How to Replace the Guide Roller, Ribbed V-Belt Opel Vivaro A

Remove

1. 1. Raise vehicle
2. 2. Remove engine and transmission undershield from vehicle
3. 3. Remove right splash panel • Release washer hose from 2x clip • Remove 2x bolt , screw

4. 4. Remove ribbed V-belt from engine • Rotate tension roller clockwise, then lock using Locating Pin KM-6130 (1)

5. 5. Remove guide roller (1) from engine • Remove bolt

Install

6. 6. Install new guide roller (1) to engine • Install bolt 44 Nm

7. 7. Install ribbed V-belt to engine • Rotate tension roller clockwise, then remove Locating Pin KM-6130 (1)

8. 8. Install right splash panel • Install 2x bolt 8 Nm , screw 6 Nm • Secure washer hose to 2x clip

9. 9. Install engine and transmission undershield to vehicle
10. 10. Lower vehicle
