How to Replace the Engine Oil Level Sensor Opel Vivaro A

DOHC Diesel Engine 3 illustrations

Remove

  1. 1. Raise vehicle
  2. 2. Remove engine and transmission undershield from vehicle
  3. 3. Remove oil level sensor from cylinder block • Disconnect harness connector (1) • Remove 2x bolt (2)

Install

  1. 4. Install new seal ring to new oil level sensor • Lubricate new seal ring with clean engine oil
  1. 5. Install oil level sensor to cylinder block • Install 2x bolt (2) 10 Nm • Connect harness connector (1)
  1. 6. Install engine and transmission undershield to vehicle
  2. 7. Lower vehicle
