How to Replace the Engine Damping Block, Right Side Opel Vivaro A

Remove

  1. 1. Raise vehicle
  2. 2. Remove engine and transmission undershield from vehicle
  3. 3. Install Engine Support KM-6210-A to vehicle – see operation “Engine Support KM-6210-A, Install and Remove”
  1. 4. Lower vehicle
  2. 5. Release power steering reservoir from front panel, then move to side • Release from integral clip
  1. 6. Release harness (2) from engine damping block • Release from clip
  2. 7. Release 2x fuel line (1) from engine mount • Release from 2x clip
  1. 8. Release engine damping block (2) from engine mount • Remove bolt (1)
  2. 9. Remove engine damping block from inner wing • Remove 3x bolt (3)

Install

  1. 10. Install new engine damping block (2) to engine mount • Install bolt (1); do not tighten at this stage
  2. 11. Install engine damping block to inner wing • Install 3x bolt (3); do not tighten at this stage
  3. 12. Secure engine damping block to inner wing and engine mount • Secure bolt (1) 105 Nm • Secure bolt (3) 44 Nm
  1. 13. Secure harness (2) to engine damping block • Secure to clip
  2. 14. Secure 2x fuel line (1) to engine mount • Secure to 2x clip
  1. 15. Secure power steering reservoir to front panel • Secure to integral clip
  2. 16. Raise vehicle
  3. 17. Remove Engine Support KM-6210-A from vehicle
  1. 18. Install engine and transmission undershield to vehicle
  2. 19. Lower vehicle
