DTC P0606: ECM Processor Malfunction Honda Civic VIII рестайлинг

Note. Before you troubleshoot, record all freeze data and any on-board snapshot, and review the general troubleshooting information (see GENERAL TROUBLESHOOTING INFORMATION ).

1. Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
2. Clear the DTC with the HDS.
3. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
4. Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
5. Wait 40 seconds.
6. Check for Pending or Confirmed or DTCs with the HDS. Is DTC P0606 indicated? YES -Go to step 7. NO -Intermittent failure, the system is OK at this time.
7. Update the ECM if it does not have the latest software (see «ECM UPDATE»(ref-355119-S38923566472010012000000) ), or substitute a known- good ECM (see «SUBSTITUTING THE ECM»(ref-379880-S34678618312010121600000) ).
8. Turn the ignition switch to LOCK (0).
9. Turn the ignition switch to ON (II).
10. Wait 40 seconds.
11. Check for Pending or Confirmed or DTCs with the HDS. Is DTC P0606 indicated? YES -If the ECM was updated, substitute a known- good ECM (see «SUBSTITUTING THE ECM»(ref-379880-S34678618312010121600000) ), then go to step 8 . If the ECM was substituted, go to step 1 . NO -If the ECM was updated, troubleshooting is complete. If the ECM was substituted, replace the original ECM (see «ECM REPLACEMENT»(ref-355119-S26942562032010012000000) ). If any other Pending or Confirmed or DTCs are indicated, go to the «INDICATED DTC'S TROUBLESHOOTING»(ref-355119-S39784062052010012000000) .
