Replace Coolant Return Line (Turbocharger) Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Place collecting basin underneath.
3. 3. Remove turbocharger coolant return line (1) • Detach coolant return line from turbocharger – Unscrew banjo bolt (4) • Remove bolt (2) • Detach coolant return line from expansion tank – Release clamp (3)

Install

4. 4. Install coolant return line, turbocharger • Attach coolant return line to turbocharger – Tighten banjo bolt 35 Nm • Tighten bolt • Attach coolant return line to expansion tank – Fasten clamp
5. 5. Check and correct coolant level if required
6. 6. Close bonnet
