Replace Cooling Module Relay Box (Z 20 NET, AC, Rhd, Mt) Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Disconnect battery.
3. 3. Detach upper engine cover
4. 4. Disconnect wiring harness plug for cooling module

5. 5. Disconnect 2x fan motor wiring harness plug (arrows)
6. 6. Remove cooling module relay box (1) • Remove bolt (2)

Note. Carefully pull upwards out of fan housing

Install

7. 7. Fit cooling module relay box • Tighten bolt
8. 8. Connect 2x fan motor wiring harness plug
9. 9. Connect wiring harness plug for cooling module
10. 10. Attach upper engine cover
11. 11. Connect battery.
12. 12. Close bonnet
13. 13. Program volatile memories
