Replace Fan Housing Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Remove radiator
2. 2. Detach fan housing • Unscrew 2x bolt (arrows)

3. 3. Detach fan • Unscrew 3x bolt (2) • Disconnect wiring harness plug (1)

4. 4. Detach resistor • Unclip wiring harness (2) • Remove bolt (1)

Install

5. 5. Attach resistor • Tighten bolt • Attach wiring harness
6. 6. Attach fan • Tighten 3x bolt • Connect wiring harness plug
7. 7. Attach fan housing • Tighten 2x bolts 5 Nm
8. 8. Install radiator
