Replace Oil Pressure Switch Opel Vectra C

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Disconnect battery. • Detach earth terminal – Remove nut
3. 3. Raise vehicle by its entire height
4. 4. Detach engine compartment cover and right-hand engine splash guard if present
5. 5. Place collecting basin underneath.
6. 6. Disconnect oil pressure switch wiring harness plug (1) • Separate cable tie
7. 7. Unscrew fastening bolt (2) for coolant connection
8. 8. Remove oil pressure switch

Install

9. 9. Tighten oil pressure switch

Note. Insert with locking compound (red)

10. 10. Tighten coolant connection fastening bolt 25 Nm
11. 11. Connect oil pressure switch wiring harness plug
12. 12. Attach engine compartment cover and right-hand engine splash guard if removed
13. 13. Lower vehicle by its entire height
14. 14. Check engine oil level and correct if necessary.
15. 15. Connect battery. • Attach earth clamp – Tighten nuts
16. 16. Close bonnet
17. 17. Program volatile memories
