Check Cooling System for Leaks Opel Vectra C

Inspect

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Detach cover for coolant expansion tank
3. 3. Check coolant level. • If necessary, top up cooling to KALT/COLD mark
4. 4. Mount the cooling system tester (1), together with KM-471 (2) and KM-6327 (3) on the coolant expansion tank

Note. Observe the manufacturer's instructions

5. 5. Apply approx. 100 kPa (1 bar/14.5 psi) to cooling system.

6. 6. Check cooling system for leaks
7. 7. Detach cooling system tester • Release pressure • Detach the cooling system tester, KM-471 and KM-6327
8. 8. Attach cover for coolant expansion tank
9. 9. Close bonnet
