How to Replace (Y 22 DTR the Control Unit - Cooling Module (With AC, Rhd)) Opel Vectra C

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Disconnect battery.
3. 3. Detach upper engine cover • Unscrew 3x bolt

Important. Carefully pull upwards

4. 4. Detach cooling module wiring harness plug (1)

Note. Release in direction of arrow

5. 5. Disconnect 2x fan motor wiring harness plug (arrows)
6. 6. Detach cooling module control unit (1) • Remove bolt (2)

Note. Carefully pull upwards out of fan housing

7. 7. Install cooling module control unit • Tighten bolt
8. 8. Connect 2x fan motor wiring harness plug
9. 9. Attach cooling module wiring harness plug • Lock wiring harness plug
10. 10. Attach upper engine cover • Clip in upper engine cover • Tighten 3x bolt
11. 11. Connect battery.
12. 12. Close bonnet
13. 13. Program volatile memories
