Engine Mount Replacement - Right Side Opel Agila B

Remove

1. Install engine hoist and support engine assembly • Secure 2x support chain to 2x engine lifting eye • Tension support chains in preparation for engine mount removal

2. Remove bracket from engine and engine mount, right side • Remove 3x nut (1), bolt (2)

3. Remove engine mount from vehicle, right side • Remove cover (1) • Remove 3x bolt (2), 3x washer

Install

4. Install new engine mount to vehicle, right side • Install 3x washer, 3x bolt (2) 55 Nm • Install cover (1)

5. Install bracket to engine and engine mount, right side • Install 3x nut (1) 65 Nm , bolt (2) 65 Nm

6. Remove engine hoist from engine assembly
