Flywheel Replacement Opel Agila B

Remove

1. 1. Remove clutch assembly from flywheel - see operation ”Clutch Disc and/or Cover Replacement”
2. 2. Remove flywheel from crankshaft • Remove 6x bolt (1)
3. 3. Remove Flywheel Locking Tool KM-652 (2) from cylinder block

Install

4. 4. Install new flywheel to crankshaft • Clean threads and apply locking compound to 6x bolt • Install 6x bolt (1), do not tighten at this stage
5. 5. Install Flywheel Locking Tool KM-652 (2) to cylinder block and flywheel
6. 6. Secure flywheel to crankshaft • Secure 6x bolt 70 Nm

7. 7. Install clutch assembly to flywheel - see operation ”Clutch Disc and/or Cover Replacement”
