Octane Number Plug, Set Code
The C 26 NE is equipped ex works with a 95/98 RON plug (brown).
A further coding option is possible, using the 91/95 RON plug (black) available via the Service Department.
Use of 91 RON fuel is limited as follows:
Only in emergencies until better fuel is available.
No travelling uphill with a trailer hitch or max. payload.

Remove cap and adjust plug to the required octane number by turning 180°.
