Injection Valve, Replace
The injection valves are removed in pairs.
Disconnect cable plug.
Remove fuel lines from fuel distribution pipe.
Important:
Fuel lines may be under pressure.

Remove fastening screw from bracket for injection valves.
Pull injection valves together with bracket from flange.
| Observe rubber seal ring. | |||

Remove rubber ring (1) from injection valve.
Important:
When inserting new injection valve in bracket rounded side of rubber ring must face bracket.
Install
| Insert injection valve in bracket. Position rubber ring and install injection valve with bracket in flange. Fasten fuel lines to fuel distribution pipe. | |||
