Replace Coolant Connection Coolant Temperature Sensor Opel Corsa D

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Disconnect battery • Detach earth terminal
3. 3. Carefully open coolant tank cover
4. 4. Drain coolant • Place collecting basin underneath. • Push on suitable hose (2) • Open drain cock (1) in the direction of the arrow • Collect coolant • Close drain cock

5. 5. Remove coolant temperature sensor (3) from coolant connection • Remove clamp (1)
6. 6. Remove seal ring (2)

Install

7. 7. Clean sealing surfaces.
8. 8. Replace sealing ring
9. 9. Install coolant temperature sensor in coolant connection • Clip in clamp

Note. Ensure that the coolant temperature sensor and clamp are seated correctly.

10. 10. Connect battery • Attach earth terminal
11. 11. Fill and bleed cooling system
12. 12. Program volatile memories
13. 13. Close bonnet
