Removing and Installing Throttle Valve Module Opel Corsa D

Remove

1. 1. Remove air cleaner housing
2. 2. Place collecting basin underneath.
3. 3. Remove throttle valve module • Disconnect wiring harness plug (2) • Detach coolant hoses (3) – Undo 2x clamps • Unscrew 4x bolts (1)

Install

4. 4. Install throttle valve connecting piece • Replace gasket • Tighten 4x bolts – Tightening torque 8 Nm . • Attach coolant hoses – Attach 2x clamps • Fix wiring harness plug
5. 5. Install air cleaner housing
6. 6. Check coolant level, top up if necessary
7. 7. Match throttle valve module

Note. After removing and installing or replacing the throttle valve module it is no longer necessary to match it again.
