How to Replace the Resonator Opel Corsa D

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Detach charge air hose (2) • Unclip 2x vacuum line (4) from bracket • Unscrew bolt (5) • Remove charge air hose from mass air flow meter – Loosen clamp (1) • Remove charge air hose from charge air pipe – Release clamp (3)

3. 3. Detach vacuum valve • Unclip wiring harness (2) from resonator • Unscrew bolt (3)
4. 4. Detach resonator (1) • Detach air intake hose from resonator • Unclip wiring harness from resonator bracket (5) • Unscrew bolt (4)

Install

5. 5. Attach resonator • Tighten bolt • Clip wiring harness to resonator bracket • Attach air intake hose to resonator
6. 6. Attach vacuum valve • Tighten bolt • Clip wiring harness to resonator
7. 7. Attach charge air hose • Tighten 2x clamp 3.5 Nm • Tighten bolt • Clip 2x vacuum line into bracket
8. 8. Close bonnet
