Replace Charge Air Pipe Opel Corsa D

On Z13DTH

Remove

1. Open bonnet
2. Remove battery tray
3. Detach charge air pipe (1) from throttle valve housing (3) • Unscrew 2x bolts (2)

Replace Charge Air Pipe

4. Detach charge air pipe from charge air hose • Release clamp

Install

5. Attach charge air pipe to charge air hose • Fasten clamp
6. Attach charge air pipe to throttle valve housing • Tighten 2x bolt 8 Nm
7. Install battery holder
8. Close bonnet
