Remove and Install Air Intake Pipe Opel Corsa D

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Disconnect battery • Detach earth connection from earth terminal – Slacken nut
3. 3. Detach air intake pipe (2) • Detach from air intake pipe – Loosen clamp (1) • Detach from air intake hose turbocharger – Release clamp (3) • Detach engine venting hose (4) – Disconnect quick-release fitting

Install

4. 4. Install air intake pipe. • Attach engine venting hose – Connect quick release fitting • Attach to air intake hose turbocharger – Tighten clamp 3.5 Nm • Attach to air intake pipe – Tighten clamp 3.5 Nm
5. 5. Connect battery • Attach earth connection to earth terminal – Tighten nut
6. 6. Program volatile memories
7. 7. Close bonnet
