Valve, Grind-In Opel Vivaro A

Important. Examine condition of valve and seat to determine which grade of grinding paste (coarse or fine) is required.

  1. 1. Lubricate valve stem with oil
  2. 2. Grind valve • Use suitable grinding paste, ensure even distribution around valve head, grind valve rhythmically

Note. If coarse grinding paste is used, always finish grinding with fine grinding paste. Clean valve and cylinder head thoroughly before applying fine grinding paste.

  1. 3. Inspect valve and seat for correct contact over entire circumference
  2. 4. Clean valve and cylinder head
