	Immobiliser function in engine control unit is initialised incorrectly or not initialised or Immobiliser function is deactivated in the engine control unit Engine control unit realised "immobiliser-signal" from immobiliser control unit without request Above conditions must be fulfilled for at least 0.5 s Effect: The engine telltale is triggered (flashing). Approximately 1.2 s after ignition ON, the injection function is blocked and the fuel pump is switched off. Note: New control units are delivered with the status "immobiliser deactivated". Trouble code P1501 remains stored until the immobiliser function in the control unit has been activated by the relevant programming function. Concerned Terminals: 5
