Replace Twinport Sensor Opel Meriva A

Remove

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Detach 2x engine vent hoses • Undo 2 clamps

3. 3. Remove injection nozzle cover (1) • Unclip wiring harness bracket • Unclip coolant hose from bracket • Unscrew 2 bolts
4. 4. Remove Twinport sensor (2) • Disconnect injection valve wiring harness plug for cylinder no.3 • Disconnect Twinport sensor wiring harness plug (3) • Remove bolt

Install

5. 5. Install Twinport sensor • Tighten bolt • Connect injection valve wiring harness plug for cylinder no.3 • Connect wiring harness plug of Twinport sensor

Note. Pay attention to locating pins

6. 6. Install injection valve cover • Tighten 2 bolts • Clip in wiring harness bracket • Clip coolant hose into bracket
7. 7. Attach 2x engine vent hoses to cylinder head cover • Attach 2x clamps
8. 8. Close bonnet
