Replace Lambda Sensor, Mixture Regulator (Z 18 XE, with AC, Lhd) Opel Meriva A

1. 1. Open bonnet
2. 2. Remove engine cover. • Unscrew oil filler port cover • Unscrew 2x bolt • Screw on oil filler port cover
3. 3. Remove oxygen sensor, mixture regulation • Detach wiring harness plug (1) – Remove cable ties. • Use KM-6129 (2)

4. 4. Install oxygen sensor, mixture regulation • Tighten lambda sensor, mixture regulation – Tightening torque 30 Nm – Use KM-6129 • Connect wiring harness plug – Attach cable ties

Note. Apply special grease to thread

5. 5. Install engine cover. • Unscrew oil filler port cover • Tighten 2 bolts – Tightening torque 8 Nm • Screw on oil filler port cover
6. 6. Close bonnet
