Replace Pedal Sensor (Z 17 DTH) Opel Meriva A

Remove

1. Open bonnet

Important. In vehicles with ESP - the steering angle sensor loses its basic settings every time the battery is disconnected and has to be recalibrated.

2. Disconnect battery • Detach ground cable
3. Remove driver's side instrument panel padding inner panelling, bottom • Unscrew 2x bolt • Remove panelling
4. Remove driver's side instrument panel padding inner panelling, centre • Unscrew 2x bolt • Remove panelling
5. Remove pedal sensor • Disconnect wiring harness plug (1) • Unscrew 3x nuts (2)

Replace Pedal Sensor (Z 17 DTH)

Install

6. Install pedal sensor • Tighten 3x nuts 9 Nm • Connect wiring harness plug
7. Install driver's side instrument panel padding inner panelling, bottom centre • Insert panelling • Screw in 2x bolt
8. Install driver's side instrument panel padding inner panelling, bottom • Insert panelling • Screw in 2x bolt
9. Connect battery • Connect ground cable.
10. Close bonnet
11. Program volatile memory
