Replace Knock Sensor Opel Meriva A

Remove

1. 1. Raise vehicle
2. 2. Remove intake manifold support (3) • Replace 2x bolts (2) and (4) • Detach vacuum hose (1)

3. 3. Disconnect wiring harness plug for knock sensor (2)
4. 4. Remove knock sensor • Unscrew bolt (1)

5. 5. Clean contact surface

Install

6. 6. Install knock sensor • Tighten bolt 20 Nm

Important. Specified tightening torque must be observed

7. 7. Install intake manifold support • Tighten 2x bolt 8 Nm • Connect vacuum hose
8. 8. Lower vehicle
