Cylinder liner - press out (see illustration).

Cylinder liners and bores with clean kerosene or diesel fuel; ensure all foreign material is carefully removed.

External diameter of liner.
Diameter = 95.970 to 96.000 mm.
Repair size = 96.170 to 96.200 mm.
Liners are interference fit in cylinder block, 0.03 to 0.10 mm.

Cylinder liner - press into cylinder block, liner must be dry.
