Heater fan intake ducting from fan unit - release from spring clips.
Engine undershield from underbody - bolts.

Engine speed at crankshaft pulley - use photocell tachometer directed at piece of reflective tape (arrowed) attached to front face of crankshaft pulley.
| Allow engine to run, and measure idle speed at normal operating temperature. Idle speed - 725 to 825 rpm. | |||

Idle speed, if necessary - ensure lever (1) rests against stop screw (2); adjust stop screw to obtain correct speed - 725 to 825 rpm.
