Heater fan intake ducting from fan unit - release from spring clips.
Engine undershield from underbody - bolts.

Engine speed at crankshaft pulley - use photocell tachometer directed at piece of reflective tape (arrowed) attached to front face of crankshaft pulley.
Allow engine to run and measure maximum speed at normal operating temperature.
| Maximum engine speed - 4650 to 4850 rpm. | |||

Maximum engine speed if necessary - adjust engine maximum speed stop screw (1) to obtain correct speed of 4650 to 4850 rpm.
