Injection Valves Replacement Opel Agila B

Remove

  1. 1. Relieve fuel pressure
  2. 2. Disconnect battery negative lead • Release nut
  3. 3. Release air cleaner assembly (1) from cylinder head cover • Pull off to release 2x rubber locator • Remove cover and air cleaner element from air cleaner assembly – Release 2x clip (2), 2x locator
  1. 4. For K12B engine, disconnect 4x harness connector (1) from 4x fuel injector
  2. 5. For K10B engine, disconnect 3x harness connector (1) from 3x fuel injector
  3. 6. Release wiring harness from fuel rail • Release 2x clip
  1. 7. Disconnect fuel line (2) from fuel supply pipe • Release clip • Install 2x blanking plug
  2. 8. Remove fuel rail from cylinder head • Remove 2x nut (1)
  3. 9. For K12B engine, remove 4x injector (3) from fuel rail • Pull out
  4. 10. Remove 4x seal (4) from 4x injector
  5. 11. For K10B engine, remove 3x injector (3) from fuel rail • Pull out
  6. 12. Remove 3x seal (4) from 3x injector

Install

  1. 13. For K12B engine, install 4x new seal (4) to 4x new injector (3)
  2. 14. Install 4x injector to fuel rail • Push in
  3. 15. For K10B engine, install 3x new seal (4) to 3x new injector (3)
  4. 16. Install 3x injector to fuel rail • Push in
  5. 17. Install fuel rail to cylinder head • Install 2x nut (1) 25 Nm
  6. 18. Connect fuel line (2) to fuel supply pipe • Remove 2x blanking plug • Secure clip
  1. 19. Secure wiring harness to fuel rail • Secure 2x clip
  2. 20. For K12B engine, connect 4x harness connector (1) to 4x fuel injector
  3. 21. For K10B engine, connect 3x harness connector (1) to 3x fuel injector
  1. 22. Install new air cleaner element and cover to air cleaner assembly (1) • Secure cover to air cleaner assembly – Secure 2x locator, then secure 2x clip (2)
  2. 23. Secure air cleaner assembly to cylinder head cover • Push on to secure 2x rubber locator
  1. 24. Connect battery negative lead • Secure nut 11 Nm
  2. 25. Program all volatile memories – see operation “Program Volatile Memories”
