Fuel Tank Retaining Strap Replacement Opel Agila B

Remove

1. 1. Raise vehicle
2. 2. Support fuel tank (1) from underneath • Use hydraulic jack (2) (commercially available)
3. 3. Remove retaining strap from fuel tank • Remove 2x bolt (3) • Release from clip (4)

Install

Important. Do not reuse fuel tank bolts. Always install new bolts.

4. 4. Install new retaining strap to fuel tank • Secure to clip (4) • Install 2x new bolt (3) 45 Nm
5. 5. Remove support from underneath fuel tank (1) • Lower hydraulic jack (2) (commercially available)

6. 6. Lower vehicle
