Accelerator Pedal and Position Sensor Assembly Replacement Opel Agila B

Remove

  1. 1. Disconnect battery negative lead • Release nut
  2. 2. Slide and tilt seat assembly backward
  3. 3. Remove lower trim panel (1) from instrument panel • Release 10x clip
  1. 4. Disconnect harness connector from accelerator pedal position (APP) sensor
  2. 5. Remove APP sensor from vehicle • Remove 3x nut (1)

Install

  1. 6. Install new APP sensor to vehicle • Install 3x nut (1) 5.5 Nm
  2. 7. Connect harness connector to APP sensor
  1. 8. Install lower trim panel (1) to instrument panel • Secure 10x clip
  1. 9. Slide and tilt seat assembly to original position
  2. 10. Connect battery negative lead • Secure nut 11 Nm
  3. 11. Program all volatile memories – see operation “Program Volatile Memories”
