Flywheel Replacement Opel Agila B

Remove

1. 1. Remove clutch assembly from flywheel – see operation “Clutch Disc and/or Cover Replacement”
2. 2. Remove flywheel from crankshaft • Remove 8x bolt
3. 3. Remove flywheel holder (1) KM-652 from engine

Install

4. 4. Install new flywheel to crankshaft • Install 8x new bolt; do not tighten at this stage
5. 5. Install flywheel holder (1) KM-652 to engine • Install bolt; nut
6. 6. Secure flywheel bolt to crankshaft • Secure 8x bolt 44 Nm

7. 7. Install clutch assembly to flywheel – see operation “Clutch Disc and/or Cover Replacement”
